That's not a bird!!

Back in my room the other night, I opened my balcony door to let in some fresh air. As I did a big black bird slowly flew by. I thought, "Wow, that is a big bird." Then quickly realized that is not a bird, that is a BAT! I couldn't close the door fast enough. Then I look at the netting covering my bed........hhmmm, is that really just for mosquitoes???!

    Hey Kath,

    Just thinking about ya and hope your trip is what you had hoped for. I think I would have freaked out if a bat flew in my room. Maybe now on you should only crack it slightly to get some air....lol Stay under your net my friend :o)

    I think about you everyday! Does each day feel like an adventure? Does it feel like a dream? I am happy you are sharing your experiences with us...the bat should be no problem, right?! We have learned from Mom how to deal with bats! Stay safe, and remember I keep you that soft spot in my heart that I keep all the love in, K?
